“The door..!”

I have just read a few reviews to see if similar problem to mine has occurred.. and yes it has. I have not had my microwave that long ( although I can't remember - passed warranty). The door has stopped working.. I heard the spring go ping! Luckily only 'defrosting bread' stuck inside... unfortunately the microwave is now rendered useless. Why hasn't Swan dealt with this .. as it seems like it is a basic flaw? Such a pain & silly expense.
I wish I had read these reviews before purchase.. I think I must have read the ones from lucky owners!

Same thing with mine 2 weeks to Christmas and I have to buy a new one Not a Swan!!!
