The plastic parts wear out quickly eg turntable mounting, doorcatch. The former cannot be replaced as it is inaccessible, so the turntable no longet rotates. We have used it like this for 12 months, but now the door catch is erratic. The microwave heating functions all operate OK - it's just the plastic bits that have given out. Very frustrating.
Otherwise, we have been pleased with its operation, althought the defrost option usually leaves the food warm in parts.
