“Worst microwave ever”

I have had several microwaves in the past, but the last one was a Neff microwave which was very poor, first the microwave thingy broke, and now the door spring has come off, and I am very reluctant to get Neff in again. As this would be the seven time I have had them out for my fridge freezer, dual oven, dishwasher and microwave. I don't about Neff, perhaps they should change their name to Naff!
