I purchased a full kitchen with Gorenje products. I was "talked into" a microwave and oven combo by the salesman instead of getting an ordinary double oven! I knew I wouldn't use the microwave and I was right I have used it once to warm a meal up. Just out of the 2 year warranty I went to use it a second time only to find its broke. I contacted Gorenje (that was a toil in itself!!!! I explained the situation to their Customer Service Manager (don't think she had any training in customer service whatsoever!) and was totally discussed with her attitude and response. I asked to be put through to someone senior, she refused, I asked for the name of the MD she refused. To top it all my oven is now broke but fortunately under guarantee. In summary keep away from Gorenje products and if you want good customer service go to John Lewis, Costco, Asda.... basically anyware but Gorenje!

My 2nd Gorenje microwave with grilling function has just failed. An engineer is due on Monday to 'look' at it.... I have told the supplying company that I don't want another G. MW as I have lost faith in the product and the machine and would like a refund. We shall see what transpires.....
