James Patterson, London Bridges kept me hooked. There is always something new going on that you wouoldn't expect, but it makes the book much more realistic.

The book was driven by great characterisation and an underlying theme which gives you the value of two stories in one. This underlying theme eventually merges with the main story leading to a great showdown and ending. Everything ties in effectively making it an easy and enjoyable read.

In my opinion, James Patterson has failed to produce a coherent piece of work with this book. I think that this book (London Bridges) is mediocre at best, punctuated by poor grammar and mixed perspectives. This is about the fifth Connelly book I have read and one of the best although I enjoyed my recent read Chasing the Dime. I have to say that I am truly inspired by Bosch who leaves even the most dedicated of us wishing we had more of his intelligence, drive, persistence and refined social skills. ...
