Clarks Star Stride shoes are very dangerous

After I bought a pair of Clarks Star Stride shoes I fell twice on a wet surface in a very nasty way, one time on the back of my head. The soles are very slippery on wet surfaces. According to my shoemaker the soles consist of some kind of plastic, and he replaced them by real rubber soles, which turned out to be far less slippery indeed.
Now I am walking safe, although de bill of my shoemaker was rather high and the Active Air comfort has been affected.
So the best advice is: don't buy Clarks Star Strides, they are lethal, I mean it!!!
