Hi my name is Spencer and i felt compelled to write a review on these shoes. I currently own every pair of Burton shoes from tan, grey, white and black.I personally prefer the rubber soles for my shoes. Ive owned shoes from Asda and Tesco but these are far superior.

We bought a pair of shoes from Burton, less than three weeks ago. Today we noticed that they are already falling apart. It seems the more you pay for a pair of shoes, the less they last. But three weeks really is a joke. Imagine how many pairs of shoes we would go through in a year if they all lasted this long. So we decided to go back on the weekend to return them, and I could not believe the response we got. The manager at the Bond Street store, had the cheek to tell us that it is wear and tear, so they cannot accept them. She even went as far as to say that a shoe could get damaged in a day of use. I mean what is that supposed to mean? They sell shoes only to last a couple of hours? I was fuming by the time we left the store. My husband called up their complaints department and spoke to them about the disgrace of their shoes and the poor service we got at the store. Once told about the shoes, they immediately told him he could return the shoes with no problem. What a waste of money and time. I am really not impressed with them. Goes to show brand sells shoes, not the quality. I will not be buying from them again. I warn anyone who buys shoes from there, they aren't made to last more than a month (according to the manager). Take note.
