This company will just take your money and not send your goods. They will say lost in post we will send you another or refund your money they have no intention of doing this. After seeing other reviews on this company I am surprised they have not been shut down.

“wrong order sent”

I ordered a usb charge wire for my Samsung 6 and a new battery pack for it. After 2 weeks of waiting a parcel arrived but contained a white envelope with four huge memory cards in it, which are apparently useless anyway. I have emailed several times but had no reply, phone not answered so reported to trading standards this morning when I stumbled across these reviews. I have always found Mobymemory to be good value for money and bought all my wires and memory cards from them too!

“Report to police Fraud team”

Ordered Compact Flash card for £101.98. Received three "MobyMemory mobile cards" loose in a white envelope - completely useless. Company not answering emails or phone and website down. Reported to Trading Standards, but more importantly, report them to The Police Fraud team as I have. Form available online. Do Not Use!!

“Terrible service”

Ordered a memory card (£130 in stock) 2 June and paid extra for express post - 8 June still not arrived, tried to phone - they never answer - emailed and got what looks like a standard reply promising to look into the problem - 12 June despite sending 2 more emails no replies and still no memory card - still not answering the phone.

MOBY MEMORY - AVOID THIS COMPANY They don’t deliver but keep your money. 29/01/17 - ordered four memory sticks, expected delivery 4 to 5 days. 08/02/17 - emailed as not delivered. They said that they would look into it, must have got lost in post, will send replacement order 13/02/17 – emailed again. Told replacement order being sent tomorrow. 18/02/17 – emailed again. Told that 2 orders lost in post, new order being sent. 23/02/17 7 24/02/17 - . emailed again asking for refund. No replies. Web Site has permanent message saying “Telephone - we are currently having issues with our phone lines which is affecting our ability to answer calls. “ They never answer. Have now reported to trading standards. Next step is to contact credit card company to get the money refunded. Seems that this is a common problem. Strange thing is that on Trust pilot have have a review of 8.9, but every other review site I have seen has a score of 1 or 2 out of 5.

Ordered an SD card on 9th February, still not received by 23rd February despite sending numerous emails and receiving all sorts of assurances. Tried ringing several times - NO ANSWER! I wish I'd seen these reviews before placing the order. NEVER AGAIN!

“Wrong product sent out”

I ordered memory for my laptop on July 4th. On the 11th July the wrong product arrived. Twice as big it was clearly not laptop Ram but for a desktop computer. I rang them on the 11th and was told they would send out a return envelope. On the 20th i still hadn#t received anything so i emailed the to ask for an update. I got told the correct product would arrive on Friday. It didn't, nothing did. Today is the 26th and i am asking for a return envelope to get my money back. If i don't hear anything i will go through my bank as i paid via credit card. If i knew the correct item was not in stock when i ordered i would not have bothered. If i knew it would take 10 days to get the wrong product i would have gone elsewhere.

“Seller Substituted Ordered Item.”

Wish I`d read these reviews before purchasing from this seller. Ordered cheap USB cable in black on free delivery site promises 4-8 day delivery which was ok. Took 13 days only to find cable was white not what I Ordered. It was the correct spec in all regards except the colour. If I`d wanted white I would have ordered white. Emailed seller, reply was to the effect hold onto the item and they will send a returns envelope and reimburse my payment. I`m still waiting for the returns envelope after 5 extra days of their reply to me. I`m not holding my breath. Due to the cost of the item I think I have got off lightly, at least it works but not what I ordered. They won`t be having anymore business from me.

“Next day delivery = posted three days later”

Paid for next day delivery as I needed the memory cards urgently. The memory cards were posted three days later as demonstrated on the packaging when I finally received them. Emails to Moby Memory asking why they had failed to fulfil their obligation in the transaction have so far gone unanswered. Appalling service.

“Do not buy anything from Moby Memory”

Awful company and would not recommend, a complete ripff. Ordered memory card on 15/4 for express delivery. Card never turned up after 1 week. Called the company they told me a replacement would be sent that day for next day delivery, what a surprise that never showed either. Since then I have bought a card from a proper company, been on holiday, returned and no card. I have sent 4 emails since speaking to Citizens Advice and they havent replied, tried to call and it goes through to voicemail. Surprisingly a card showed up yesterday 7/5 over 3 weeks after my original order, but still no reply to my emails. Card will be returned and refund has been requested several times but as yet havent seen a penny. Citizens Advice have advised they have 30 days since the original order for the refund so they have 1 week before its reported to Trading Standards. I have left a review on their website but hasnt show and if you look at other reviews they are down as 5 star service but this is misleading as other people have had exactly the same problem as me, this will also be reported to TS.

“Do not buy from this company!!!”

I ordered a mini sd card 4 weeks ago and the item I ordered didn't arrive. When I inquired about the delay they blamed Royalmail and promised to send a replacement which they failed to do. I asked for a refund, but again they delayed the reimbursement. I was lucky to be able to get my money back through my bank that opened a dispute with mobymemory. Do not waste your money and time, you won't get your item.

I ordered a mini sd card from them and waited for 4 weeks for them to deliver it. They blamed Royalmail for the failure, then they lied when they said they sent a replacement. I contacted my bank and they started the dispute procedure, so at least I got my money back. Do not order from them

“THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND YOU RECEIVE NOTHING”

I believe this is the standard email communication they send to gain time: "Dear Customer, We regret to inform you that your order has been bounced back to us due to it being severely damaged on route within the Royal Mail distribution system. Our System has reversed your payment and the funds should be back with you shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. " My payment system registers a refund immediately. 2 WEEKS LATER THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME YET.

“Poor service, zero satisfaction - Monster Beats by Dr. Dre”

I'm unsure where to begin? Firstly this company's trading name is "Santrade Limited" I bought a game for £4 from them 2 years ago and it never turned up ([email protected]) Transaction ID: 41R53756214260126. I wrote them emails and nothing. I simply put it down to a bad experience and my first bad experience in 10 years of online shopping, I never went to dispute using paypal. This was via Amazon. Note, they don't trade through Amazon any more....(http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aag/main?ie=UTF8&isAmazonFulfilled=&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P&isCBA=&asin=&seller=A275TS6173WCV2) Now fast-forward to the present... 30th April 2012 I bought a pair of Dr. Dre beats headphones from Mobymemory.co.uk and they arrived several days later and if you look at the photo you'll see that the red cord has been sliced through the protective sheathing. You'll also see that there is no packaging with the headphones, this is how I received the product in a jiffy bag. That's right! I paid £40 for headphones, with no packaging and damaged cords. I emailed this picture to them within minutes of receiving the goods (there's no phone number) and they asked me to post the item back. They received the item and have said there's nothing wrong with it! even though the cord has been sliced, which is visible from the photo. I'm speechless. I then discovered to my dismay that its the same company (albeit a different name) that no longer trades in Amazon marketplace. Well, I've written emails, provided proof and nothing. This is my experience. I'm not saying you shouldn't shop here but I never will. Poor service, Poor products, zero satisfaction.

Ordered 2 X 16GB Scandiscks-did not check out company as I should have done-3 weeks late-still giving the odd excuse-no goods,but money taken out immediately from my bank account-prob have lost this???Will keep on -but am fearing the worst-it is all a big con/scam.DO NOT USE.Please learn fom my mistake.

Fake card (no SanDisk packaging no serial number on card) arrived yesterday 2 weeks late, I also wish I'd checked-out this company before purchasing, now I have I've found reviews like this going back to 2006, this company has been deliberately ripping people off for a least five years and is still getting away with it. Has anybody managed to actually get a refund? I have informed SanDisk of the fake card, this can be done via the SanDisk web site & I am going to contact trading standards and I urge everybody who has had similar experiences to do the same.

Item was 2 weeks late and was a second hand fake!!! I had to call their customer services several times to find out where the item was. When I eventually got through I was told it had been dispatched; I doubt that was true. It arrived 2 weeks later than the estimated delivery date. When I opened it it wasn't even new and packaged. I know exactly what the SanDisk packaging looks like for this item as I already have several that are genuine. So they have despatched the item knowing that it was not new and not packaged. I then found it was actually a fake memory card and was only 8GB. There are many other bad reviews for mobymemory - I wish I has seen them before purchasing. I am now trying to get my money back! Avoid this company!
