was on this ship 6 years ago....brill time, no complaints. cruised for a week starting 21st may 2013, how that ship has changed. it needs closed down.Lukewarm food and poor hand hygiene from some staff was noted by many passengers. vomiting and diarrhoea the entire week dominated this cruise. nobody told us what was happening with all the sickness but 12 days later some people are still very ill from the norovirus. the ship wasn't deep cleaned as we didn't leave till 16:30 and no cleaning took place. Felt so sorry for all the new passengers embarking.
Thomson should be ashamed to let this so called cruise ship still be sailing

We boarded the ship after you and it was horrendous,quarantined for 24hours due to norovirus after coming out of quarantine was thrown up on in the dining room by another passenger who had the virus .the dining room was not cleaned properly after... The attitude of the staff (white uniform staff) was disgusting....will never cruise again
