Review strcitly for customer service

I love the products. The quality & designs are nice. However, customer service is terrible. I like to keep things in writing so I have emailed them to request a return. They had asked me for the order number and item numbers for the return & that they would be happy to process it. I sent them back this information and then never got a response back. I sent follow up emailed for a couple of weeks. I sent a new email for a status update and again was asked for the order number and item numbers. Sent that info again. Again, no response. Sent more follow up emails over the course of a couple of weeks with no response. I finally message them on facebook. I was asked for my email so they could look up my info. It's been several days and still no response. I have this box of clothes just sitting here for over 5 weeks now. I just want to send them back and get my money.

Only buy from this company if you plan on keeping the items because that has been a huge hassle and annoying.
