This book will keep you wanting more and is very gritty. Would recommend The Know but DO NOT read the prologue as it spoils the plot.

Item: Martina Cole, Broken
Broken by Martina Cole is the follow-up to Ladykiller. We see Di Burrows again trying to solve a case of child abuse. There are quite a few twists and turns, and this is yet another good read from (in my opinion) one of the best writers of this genre. Cole really uses her knowledge of the area she writes about to the fullest, and the characters feel almost real enough to ...

Item: Martina Cole, The Jump
The Jump is another of my favourite Martina Cole books. Although I have to say I enjoyed some of her earlier books more.
If you're new to Martina Cole I would say start with some of the earlier books. the Jump is still a blinding read
