We have stayed here 5 times. It is a fabulous hotels and never fails to impress. Can't wait until our next visit.

This time we spent 11 days at El Fuerte Marbella and it was a perfect stay from day one. We had warm and sunny days. The hotel was perfect, with a beautiful garden with sunbeds looking at the sea. Food was excellent in the restaurant, the bar and the beach restaurant. We were also as usual very impressed by all staff working at the hotel. They are always helpful, kind and very competent. We will come back again soon.

El Fuerte Marbella We have just returned from another most enjoyable week in Hotel El Fuerte Marbella. We have stayed in many hotels both at home and abroad but this is the one we book every year for the past 15 years. The hotel location is wonderful with the sea on one side and the shops, restaurants and narrow streets of the old town on the other side. There is a beautifully kept garden with outdoor and covered swimming pools and huge spaces for sunbathing. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient and the hotel manager is a visible presence to help and chat to guests. The standard of the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner is excellent; cleanliness is 5-star. We look forward to returning in 2014.

We stayed at the El Fuerte in Marbella in June. Once again we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is immaculate and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Many of them are like old friends now as they have been there for many years. We spoiled ourselves by having a sea view room in the Exclusive section of the hotel which is on the 6th floor. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom. All of it was wonderfully clean. Our balcony had sun beds and table and chairs. Bottled water, fruit juices, tea, coffee, cakes and fruit were all included in the Executive price. Breakfasts were superb as always. The position of the hotel cannot be bettered as it overlooks the sea. Between the hotel and the sandy beach there is only the pool and sitting out area and the promenade. There is always plenty going on along the sea front and you are only a 5 minute walk into the old town with its alleyways, shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is very good and there is always some pleasant entertainment on in the evenings, so if you wish to stay in the hotel in the evenings it is very enjoyable. We have visited this hotel on numerous occasions and hopefully will be back there next year. Pam and Roger Collins

Mi familia y yo llevamos 3 años pasando las vacaciones en este hotel y nos parece perfecto. Situado en un lugar excepcional, junto al casco urbano y pegado a la playa, por lo que no hace falta ni mover el coche. La habitación muy espaciosa, muy buen servicio de habitaciones. La estancia ha sido en régimen de Media Pensión, pudiendo elegir entre almuerzo y cena que junto al desayuno son esplendidos. Destaca la amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal. Volveremos

Pasar una temporada hospedado en el Hotel Fuerte de Marbella es una experiencia incomparable. No tiene nada que ver si se compara el tipico hotel de playa. Tiene unos servicios de hotel de 5 estrellas ( el bar, restaurantes, servicio de habitaciones y limpieza de las mismas, las piscinas, el acceso a la playa y el Beach Club). Ademas gestionaron perfectamente mis green fees para jugar al gol por la zona, sin que yo me preocupase de nada. De verdad es altamente recomendable, y mi siguiente visita a la zona se hará reservando a este magnífico hotel. Antonio

An outstanding hotel with consistent excellent service from all staff. Beautiful food and wonderful entertainment in the evenings. Beautiful location and facilities. My third stay in the hotel and I plan many more.

Delightful hotel, friendly, professional staff, superb location, convenient parking facilities, excellent buffet breakfast, and full and varied evening entertainment programme. We shall certainly be returning.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is in a good location and the staff very helpfull. This is our 4th time to stay at this hotel and we are already planning our next visit.

Comfortable rooms. Really great buffet breakfasts. Well positioned to explore Old Town and walk on lovely promenade. Garden outside with palm trees and view to die for makes a great place to sip coffee or drinks during the day. Friendly, helpful staff. our third stay in as many years says it all.
