    Had my Magimix kettle for about 6 months and it is corroding and leaking.The water filter regularly falls out into the teapot or cup and cannot be retained.
    Their supposed telephone support line simply keeps you queueing before dropping you after a long wait.
    Their web site is also non responsive.

    My experience using the Magimix 4200XL for their own pastry recipe has been a disaster on the two times I've tried.     I bought my first Magimix in the 1970's & loved it, so I was expecting great things from the 5100 I bought to replace it. I wish I hadn't bothered.
