“A Great Compromise - The Ford Galaxy”

I recently bought this car from Addison Leigh the Private Hire Firm, it have covered over 100,000 miles and is pretty much rattle free. The company have offered me a one month warranty and have put right most of my issues before I paid in full.

One ongoing problem has been the locking, I have struggled to lock one of the doors, unless I engage the child lock. AD are going to look at this at the weekend so fingers crossed they fix it.

My major gripe with this car is the solution for punctures, there is not one! I have 300 miles at a time to cover with this car so punctures are likely and the lack of spare wheel as standard was an issue. In the end I had to buy a spare which just sits in the boot. When you buy the car as new they give you a compressor and a kit, but this is only good for 100 miles and 50 mph. Not that good for me if it happened at 11pm when I am travelling quite often!

Overall though the car is great, the folding seats, the audio system and the auto gear box all do a great job and make for a very relaxed and quiet drive. For a tall two tonne car it even corners pretty well.
