All you people ever do is moan, moan, moan...cheer up!
MFI get it right 98% of the time, things can go wrong occasionally, but get it into perspective, there are people dying in the world and you feel it necessary to practically have a coronary over a piece of flat pack chip board...get a life you sad, pathetic ...

All these comments surprise me. I have been dealing with MFI for a long time. I can proudly say, my furniture brands are MFI owned and they've always stood the test of time. The best customer service. Delivery may not always turn up as expected but it's good value for my money. B & Q, Magnet, Ikea, Homebase and many others will all fail tests for delivery, customer service and especially ...

Although we thought the delivery date was rather a long time after ordering it gave us time to decorate to be ready for installing.

We ordered kitchen & utility furniture from MFI. Items missing from delivery. Since then, despite repeated phone calls and visits to showroom, they have been unable to supply us with the missing items. Items are being sent but they are either wrong or damaged and therefore useless to us.
