I am sitting on plane waiting for take off my cabin TRIPP Case handle broke off as I was coming up the steeps. I nearly fell over the case was not heavy now I have no carry handle at. Not happy

I'm so sorry to hear that there's an issue with the handle on your case, please be assured that this isn't usual of Tripp's quality and standards.

Could you please email us through some images of the fault or alternatively let me know the name of your nearest Debenhams store and contact number and we will ask the store to call you to arrange an in store inspection.
