Great cases bought mine in November 2015 online on tripp. Only snagg is have it 5 months and my handle broke. I hope I can bring it to debenhams saw on website to get it replaced. Love my little case.

If you could email or call us at Tripp to let us know what Debenhams store you can get back to, we can arrange an in store inspection. Once we have confirmed that that the issue is a manufacturing fault covered under our guarantee, we will be able to arrange a replacement for you in store.
