Pretty but not durable!

Attractive hold all on two wheels with a retractable handle for pulling or pushing. I have owned two in three years but I will not purchase another as they do not stand up to wear and tear. The last one I purchased was the largest capacity,purple coloured with pink and turquoise flowers and loved it. Unfortunately it has made only two plane trips but will not survive another.
I have just returned from a holiday and whilst I was waiting by the carousel at the airport I looked carefully at the luggage that passed me by and noticed one important feature that other luggage features unlike Tripp. When the bag is stood on its end there is absolutely nothing between the fabric of the bag and the floor and consequently small holes appear in the fabric. Looking at other luggage of a similar style I have noticed a plastic bar on the base which means that the bag is then resting on the wheels and the bar. The zipper is excellent and so is the capacity but I will not purchase another and I have every intention of returning it to Debenhams along with the receipt which I kept because of my previous experience.
