I bought it as it is nice and light and looks good.
However, on the third or fourth use the extending handle broke at the base. The metal had simply sheared right through, not a very useful property for a wheely bag.
I returned it to Tripp in Debenhams in Harrow and had to pay an extra £6 to get it replaced with one that is exactly the same. I am not very convinved that the same won't happen again as the Tripp shop assistant repeatedly told me that "all my other customers" who had brought these bags back had paid the extra with no complaint. This left me wondering just how many other customers had returned faulty bags
