Will Samsonite honour their 10 year warranty if you do not keep a receipt that fades or gets thrown out? How can anyone keep a receipt for 10 years. For both of my Samsonite cases where the handles are damaged they won't, both over the phone and in writing.
Samsonite Australia are just trying to further increase their profitability further by not honouring their warranty commitments. They use it as a selling point but do not follow through.
