“unbelievably rediculous waranty”

I've listened to my boss deal with samsonite head office (aust) off and on for the last 3 weeks. In a nut shell the warranty is a joke. The customer service has been not poor..... worse than poor .... their message has been inconsistant, the contact person has been rude, snide and even antagonising.

I will never buy samsonite again and i'll share this experience with anyone who wants to listen.

While retailers are struggeling to stay open in this current market, I can't believe a company would try so hard to discourage return sales.
