I bought a samsonite case (softbag, ultralite model, mid-size, extendable) based on their reputation for reliability - my husband travels extensively and we needed to replace an older, very reliable antler bag which needed to be retired - hence a samsonite - it was all about reliability, it was light and i liked the looks. the samsonite has done two overseas trips and two trips in australia in 5 months, not very much work, and both zips are broken - one had never been used and just popped (the extension zip) and the other went on an international flight - the bag was not overfull or overweight. and now they say the zips are not covered by warranty - so my advice is don't buy - the company talks the talk but the products do not walk the walk and they don't provide adequate support service - buy something cheaper that you replace often or buy antler -

and before i bought i should have read the reviews!
