I bought a Samsonite - Aeris Upright 78cm in August 2008. The tow handle snapped and came off, so it's become absolutely useless to travel with. And there is no way I can contact anybody to have it fixed...
Great!
It cost me more than the double than any similar suitcase, and it's unusable.
