This case is expensive and not durable. After two flights one of the wheels broke off. I know luggage is treated badly and no care is taken to transport them but couldn't Samsonite have recessed the wheels so that they are protected from damage?

I had another Samsonite case I bought a few years ago where the rubber rim on the wheels were torn off, again, after two flights. I want to trust their brand but they really do suck! I'll try TravelPro next time.
