Everything arrived and at the time you stated.

Probably the smoothest and most efficient service I have received via web ordering, of which I do a lot. The communication during the purchase/sales was first class. My first choice was unavailable but I got something much better at the end.

Thank you for all your help and patience, and also advice by which we ended up getting a suitcase better than the one I had originally intended.

A pleasurable experience and one which I intend to repeat next time I require luggage.
