I ordered a samsonite aeris suitcase on Thursday afternnon at around 3.00pm. Amazingly the case arrived at my home just before 11.00 the next day. I received a text message from there carrier informing me of the time of delivery and it was deliverd within specified time. The case is great quality and was certainly cheaper than elsewhere online. They even have a discount code which will give another 10% off. Great service luggage superstore and thanks very much. (read more)

I ordered an Antler cabin bag from luggage superstore a couple of years ago. It was at a good price at the time, pretty competitive. I found the site easy to use. It arrived promptly and served me well, I travel most weeks of the year and rarely check the bag in. Recently the handle started to work loose and finally broke. I think this company is excellent. Before Christmas I ordered a Tuscan Leather case from them, they told me my first choice colour was not available at present - this was no problem for me. The case was despatched from Italy well in time for Xmas and I am delighted with it, a first-class product at a very good price. (read more)

Good web site, simple system for ordering. Excellent delivery system. Text to say date delivery anticipated, with an option to change by text. A text on the day to say the exact time of delivery, within an hour range. Van turned up exactly on time. Luggage is excellent. Cannot praise this store enough. John (read more)
“Non existant after sales service ”

I purchased a Samsonite case from Luggage Superstore on 13 August.The second time I used it on the 29 August the lock broke.I have emailed Luggage Superstore and explained the situation 3 times without any response whatsoever. I now have a case which is useless and appear to have bought from a company that sells very poor quality products. (read more)
“Great Service, Great Product”

Not knowing what to buy as cabin luggage for my recent trip, I telephoned the customer hotline who were more than helpful. They told me the size of case I needed for Easyjet and reccomended the Anter New Size Zero Range which was half price!! It arrived the following day as promised and I was even advised what time it would arrive. Fantastic service, and a great product. Thanks again. (read more)
