I placed an order for a leather bag on the 2nd of December, My account shows it was dispatched on the 3rd of December 10 days I emailed asking where the bag was and got no reply. It's now the 23rd December, two more emails and still no bag or reply. Not good service. What do you think?

Seems to be a common theme with this company, they take your order and fail to deliver, ignoring customer service requests.
