I have purchased 3 briefcases so far. All of them failed on the buckle which is the most important part of the briefcase. In all 3 cases the briefacse was under warranty but the dealer never managed to repair. They just returned it unrepaired after keeping it for 1-3 months. The repair was never real repair but rather a quick fix which lasted about 1 week. The same happened with all 3 suitcases that I bought. Now, if you sum up the cost of all 3, you can get a Samsonite for less money and last for lifetime.
