The handle and seam broke after 3 uses so I contacted Carlton. They asked me for details and photos which I promptly sent. They then asked me to post the bag to them at my expense. Now they are sending it back un-fixed! Very poor service. Warranty is meaningless.
I would never buy Carlton products again.

Your experience is exactly similar to mine. I purchased the bag in India in October, 2011. By January, Seams on Handle & various other parts as well as the Zips gave way. Since service centre address is not given on Warranty Card, so it will be many days till I am able to use the bag again.Try forwarding your experience on a social networking site, so that people don't buy Carlton products.

After I posted this, I emailed Carlton this review and they emailed back to say that they would replace my bag. I received my new bag a few days later.
