I bought a cabin-size Antler Liquis suitcase two or three years ago and was happy with it until the retractable handle snapped while walking through the Padua train station. I finally got through to the customer service department after several failed emails that could not be delivered because of full mail boxes on their end. The reply was not helpful. I have to give a receipt or credit card statement before they will do anything.

That is irritating l since my receipt is at home in The US and I will not get back there until January. The suitcase is difficult to use in its present condition and I have a three week trip coming up in October.

I paid a high price for this suitcase,thinking it would stand up to use and not cause problems for me when I was in the midst of traveling. I greatly regret my choice of Antler right now. I should have stuck with Rimova. I have had a large Rimova suitcase for at least five years now and despite being checked into luggage hell at the airport numerous times, it has held up well. On the other hand, I have always used the Antler as a carry-on and it is in poor shape.
