I bought my suitcase 2 years ago and it had 7 years warranty. two weeks ago, I found out that rubber on wheel had worn out, I think because of the rough surface.
I emailed antler customer service, then they asked me to send the receipt and photo showing the damage.
they replied within 3 working days and replacement suitcase will be sent to my home address. I am overall satisfied and happy with antler customer service. Thanks antler
