I bought a set of suitcases from Antler, the Campden-town range specifically to fit my car boot. After a year and only using them twice one of the case hinges just fell apart. I took the case back to the shop where I bought it with the receipt and the warranty.

The case was sent away and Antler told the shop-we do not make the case anymore and e do not have any to replace it. That was three weeks ago.

I now have to wait to see what Antler will offer as a voucher-that I can only spend in the shop I bought the case from, what a joke I said I just want a refund but told they do not offer them. Keep away from this company as the products are cheap and nasty and the warranty is just false.
