Why do they let somebody at my previous address, with a different name cash in points that I have gained? When I did update my details they said that would reimburse the points and send me a new card, 2 months ago. Nothing. Latest points that I have gained have also not been sent to me and I know the latest vouchers have been dispatched.
Customer Care? CUSTOMER CARE DON'T CARE.
No more Tesco for me. Diabolical.
