I telephoned call centre to ask for a replacement card. The staff asked me my date of birth and my mother's name. I told him that I was reluctant to
divulge this information on phone. Before I could ask him anything he was very abrupt and told me he could not send me a replacement card. He was very
abrupt and did not know know how to deal with the public. These staff can damage the reputation of Nectar Card and they should be removed from call centre.
