When I lost/had my wallet stolen it took a long time to notify all the card companies. I forgot about my Boots Advantage card. Now I've got round to telling them and ordering a replacement I am told that I have forfeited all my points. Apparently it warns you in some obscure small print. It seems very uncharitable to me. I'm not impressed.
