I have now trisd 4 times online and by phone to register my temporary card to get the permanaent card. I allowed time to process but after 6 months I am still waiting. An assistant in Boots suggested i phone them up again on the 0845 number, should I give up? My time is more valauble than all of the points I will ever collect. I am far from stupid by the way and do know how to fill in details etc. BSc, MSc and university science lecturer!
