“Can't cook a poached egg”

I have complained several times at the Bluewater restaurant and now today at the Canary Wharf restaurant exactly the same problem. I order poached eggs which are supposed to have runny yolks but always come like hard boiled eggs. They are either sat under heat lamps still cooking or they just do not know what a poached egg supposed to be. (read more)
