Despite their site being an eyesore, and the pop ups and animations are hideous, I easily found what I was looking for, and despite the Pay with Paypal option didn't work, I was able to make my purchase without too much hassle.

But really - white text on black background in 2012? Search field yielded better, quicker and more accurate result than deep drilling even though the menu items seemed to make sense.
And how is an international customer supposed to know the difference between "sport socks" and "trainer liners"? Is that some sort of British colloquialism?
