“Great customer service”

I had a problem with my order (which was my fault in the first instance!), and Arte-Lingerie were very helpful in sorting it out for me. At every step of the process they were happy to help and to reimburse me for any trouble caused by items being out of stock etc. In all my experiences shopping online, this is the best customer service I have had and I thought it worth sharing.
