I order a stair light, it took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was massively too big. I called to explain the situation and initally wanted an exchange. on calling the customer services number I was met with the most rude man (it is always the same man, I believe it is a samll company he may even be the owner) He was most short, unhelpfull and rude. He said I would have to send an email within 7 days to return,speaking to him on the phone was not sufficient.
After I sent the email I could not post the light back for a refund until he sent me a number to stick on the box which took him 3 days. when he sent the number I had to post back be with him within 7 days or again he would not refund. I had to send back recorded delivery at my own cost through the post office. After a week of not hearing anything I emailed and still got no reply, after calling I was told (again very abruptly)that he aims to refund the money within 30 days!!! and only if the item is returned to his satisfaction!!!
The customer services offered by this company is an utter joke and I would strongly advise against ordering from them,as you have to go through the same ordeal if the item you recieve is damaged or faulty.
An altogether bad experience!

Have experienced a similar situation spoke to a very rude arrogant man, if he is the example of their customer service its i very poor company, certainly wont be going back, and would discourage anyone thinking of buying from Lighting By Gabrielli
