I ordered over £40 worth of light bulbs and it stated on their website I was entitled to a free torch! This torch never arrived with my order and when I contacted them they gave me a load of rubbish excuses right down to system error. I was offered free postage on my next order... what if my other items had been missing, what good does free postage do? Was like speaking to a robot. Also, prices are not the best, going to shop elsewhere.
