I ordered a new light fitting from this website on a Tuesday, got an email saying it was out of stock but on the website it said in stock available for next day delivery which would have been fine as I had an electrician booked for the Friday. I rang them to ask when I would receive my fitting and a very rude man on the other end of the phone said "It's not my part of the ship I will get someone to phone you" I'm still waiting for the phone call.
