I started in April. I was hesitant at first because I didn't want to join at first, I was concerned I would lose interest but I am addicted to I love kickboxing. I go 5 to 6 times a week. I love it and even my family can tell how much it impacts my mood for the positive. ILKB trainers and members are so fun and inspiring, Every class I leave all gross and sweaty and grinning from ear to ear.
