iLoveKickboxing is awesome! The staff is helpful when I have any questions (food, stretches, random) and helped me set attainable goals based on the results I want. I go about 3x a week and starting to notice some definition after a month. The workouts are constantly changing so my body isn't getting used to the routines. I used to be a dancer so I like how kick boxing is also about technique so I can focus and have easy measurements of improvement. Happy to finally find a workout that works for me! Thanks guys!
