I truly enjoy myself when going to class. You WILL WORK EVERY MUSCLE!!! The instructors are very personable and understanding. The workouts are challenging, but you feel and SEE the difference very fast! They motivate you and encourage you breathe and to pace yourself rather than push beyond your limit. There is no judgment and everyone there is very positive and uplifting. I get stronger and better with every class. I am very happy with the investment that I made fory my health and am confident that I am in the BEST hands! :-) I LOVE KICK BOXING!!! I recommend ilovekickboxing.com to everyone. All fitness levels... no matter where you start when you first get there, you will make it to where your want to to be and learn a valuable life skill in the process.
