I love this class! I used to enjoy just jogging and some weight training, but these classes worked my tail off. The trainers are always upbeat and motivated to help you shed some pounds or tone up with fun music and constant moves.
I have been taking these classes for a few months now and love the results! There are many locations out there but this one is close to home which is perfect for my schedule. There are locations nationwide, so even when I travel I know there would be one around.
I highly recommend this location mainly due to the wonderful staff!
