Please, Buyers beware, this is what happened to us.
Bought the lovely machine from one of their fancy shops, enticed also by the offer of £40.00 credit to spend when we joined "the club".
Registered online with them and sure enough our £40.00 showed on our Club account.
Some weeks later we ordered coffee online and obviously wanted to use the £40.00 credit, which was still showing on our Club account. Ordered their fancy box too and the balance to pay was £6.00 - we then used our credit card to pay the difference. The £40.00 Club credit then disapeared from our account.
Then to our horror our credit card was debited for the whole amount. £46.00
Rang Customer Services and there followed nearly two weeks of telephone calls. Each time they said someone would call back and they never did. Apparently their Finance Team were away on holiday !
The Club actually rang us back today to advise that as a "gesture" they will credit our Club account with £40.00 to spend (follows a pattern here eh?) and they were unable to credit back our credit card.
I advised her that the coffee and fancy expensive box would be returned. She, They, The Club are not bothered about their customers.
Hopefully due to their lack of customer service and their schemes, people will not bother with this company. Very disapointed with this company indeed.
