Every time i spoke with them they basically havelied to me. Lied about when a credit was going to be put on my account. Lied about delivery dates....the customer service reps are full of attitude. What they do not tell you when you are buying a machine is that you have to order muliples of 50 capsules. So you can not have 30 of one kind and 30 of another. You either need to have 50 of each type or you do not buy that type. It basically forces you to buy more when you may ant to try other flavors. They said it ismcompany policy and I am sure it is Nestle's way to squeeze every ounce of profit out of you.
