I have two Nespresso machines and they make great coffee. However Nespresso make it extremely difficult to actually buy some coffee pods to suit their machines. I can pop up to my local Harvey Norman or Good guys and buy a machine, but then i have to drive 30 or 40 km to buy coffee pods. If I buuy online I can get them in about a week, but when you're out of coffee WHAT DO YOU DO. We have guests staying, who drink decaf - had a few pods of decaf that went in a few days, and if I order online the guests will be gone before the coffee pods arrive.
This restrictive trade in my mind shows that Nespresso does not value its customers needs and puts its own interests and business model ahead of its customer service.
Come on Nespresso, I can only buy your coffee - put the pods on sal at the machine retail outlets
