Highly optimized call answering service can be used to make any business seem as if they have their own virtual call center. I opened up a small business and wanted it to appear larger than what it was. I love how easy it is to add information to the script! You can change the script right from the account and it takes effect immediately. They helped me add music to the line and have calls ring my cell first so I can answer it!

I've always been so preoccupied trying to answer phone calls for my business. Being a small business, the amount of time that me and my team needed to reach every call took us away from priorities and I couldn't even think of letting any of my calls go to voicemail. With my small business, finding cost efficient solutions is a must. Live Answer helped me achieve this with an amazing program to track all calls. This program not only helps facilitate calls going to various stores but also frees up my staff in the store to help customers. I was able to pre-script what the call takers would say to help streamline processes. I really like the feature that allows me to listen to a call to evaluate how they’re doing and if any changes are needed. I even get a “realtime” amount of costs accumulated by all the calls. Every business needs this application!

I recently started using LiveAnswer for my small business. Their website makes it really easy to sign up and track phone calls that are coming in. I've listened to every recorded call and the agents are very polite and efficient! I was able to choose English and Spanish speaking agents and they make my business run much smoother. I loved working with this company. They have agents that are around 24/7 to help you answer the phones. It's such a great company that allows business owners to concentrate on the things that matter, the customers! They are even integrated with Salesforce.com, Google, Desk.com and other great 3rd party integrations so that my messages can be sent anywhere in real-time. I started using LiveAnswer because of the great service, but after using it for a while, I’m really starting to use the script templates a lot! They’re so easy to use, and also FAST! I couldn’t be happier. The call service is still as seamless as the day I signed up, and the prices are great too! Love it!

I have been driving myself crazy to keep up trying to balance all the calls, emails, orders, production, finance and all the other balls a business owner has to juggle without dropping one in a bad way. This service not only surprised me that it was even out there but that it did so much for the price. This site is amazing to me - how all this can be orchestrated so well and yet provide quality. I need call center capabilities but always thought it was out of my league, especially with all it takes to set up a call answering system that is efficient yet affordable. LiveAnswer.com fits the ticket perfectly for my needs. One of my favorite things is that I don't even have to write scripts when I am in a hurry. I can build them and change them on the fly, also monitor calls which is really helpful to make sure what I pay for is what I get. The prebuilt script templates work great for me but I still can customize if and when I need to. I can also integrate with Salesforce.com which is a big deal to me and has really made me a fan. I really have to thank the LiveAnswer team for providing an efficient way for me to run my business even though my company is not huge. I look forward to the future with this company.

This is really awesome. They work effectively through out the whole 24 hours of the day, and the 7 days of the week. Whenever i ask for their service , there is always an agent ready to look into me and provide my service. And i just love the options they provide us with how to interact with the other end, they have infinitely many possibilities for that, which is in fact great. Their system of having a drag and drop script designer allows us to customize the way their live agents answer the phone. And also since they are integrated with Salesforce.com, Google, Desk.com and other great 3rd party integrations so that our messages can be sent anywhere in real-time.

What! The signup for this is so fast! I signed up for this service because I have two friends that use it, and they highly recommended it. I just signed up and it took mere minutes. I’m not tech savvy at all, so I always dread signing up for new things and trying to figure computer-related things out. However, this service was so fast and easy to sign up for that even I could painlessly figure it out. I haven’t even started using it yet, and I’m already loving it!

Useful Tools has really come out with a great customer service interface. I was actually surprised how well it worked for my business. I especially love how the mapping allows you to see where you are getting calls from and whether they are in progress or completed. There is also another great feature where you can choose remote call centers if you do not have your own support staff. This is especially great for businesses that are small and do not have the extra capabilities and want to get their name out there. Useful Tools interface can be used for many things, and I am using it to take calls from folks who have complaints or suggestions for mine. I would definitely recommend Useful Tools interface for small and medium sized businesses.

The website name sums it up perfectly - these are useful tools! I have a small home-based business where I take orders and ship out products. I get a lot of phone traffic, because the products are customizable, so I was chained to my phone for a good portion of the day. This service is fantastic for getting me off the phone and making more products! Not only can you write the script, but you can choose demographics for the call center people - they even have different industries that the call centers represent. There is a video on the website that walks you through how it works, and that was very helpful. I really liked that the cost per minute was broken out, and that you could listen to calls and give feedback to the agents. The whole setup is very professional and reflects well on my business. This is just a great product, and it is making my life so much easier. I am thrilled with it!

Setting up a call center was not so easy. It wasted our valuable times in the past. After experiencing Live ANSWER I am quite happy. The way LIVE ANSWER made their system is fabulous. It's really so hard to have a better call center for receiving calls. Live Answer implemented such an organized and developed system which is fast and reliable. Simple and easy to use, overall I am so much satisfied by using Live answer for my assistance. It was fast and easy to perform every action in the system of Live answer. Their well established dashboard is so able to create a campaign. All callers details can be extracted from the dashboard. If you need reports of all this info, it is also easy to grab. I found this Live Answer so quick and perfect. 5 stars according to me.
